摘　　要：文章通过对国电湖南宝庆电厂铁路专用线设计案例进行分析,并对专用线线路设计技术标准进行探讨,提出专用线设计技术标准应采用低标准,从而达到降低工程量、节约工程投资的目的。它与当前国家标准铁路采用高技术标准、提高运营质量的思路正好相反。因此,文章对专用线建设具有借鉴意义,供同行参考。This paper analyzes the railway industry track designing case of Guodian Baoqing electric power plant. It is also probing the design standards of railway industry track should adopted lower technical standards not high technical standards to reducing engineering quantities and investment. It＇s quite the reverse to national standard railway which high technical standards is used to increasing railway operating quality. It maybe used as a source of reference to railway industry track construction and the railway designing profession.
