江苏省“十一五”环境保护规划指标可达性分析

摘　　要：分析了江苏省环境质量现状及变化趋势,探讨了江苏省"十一五"期间环境保护规划指标实现的主要影响因素,并从环境现状、趋势及相应对策措施角度分析了指标的可达性。分析结果表明,到2010年底,要全面实现江苏省的"十一五"环境保护规划指标任务非常艰巨,尤其是可吸入颗粒物指标和太湖流域水质的改善指标。This paper analyzed the Jiangsu provincial environmental quality status and trends, and discussed the main factors of achieving the Jiangsu provincial environmental protection targets during the ＂tlth Five-Year Plan＂. From environmental status, trends and corresponding countermeasures perspective, it analyzed the indicators of accessibility. The results showed that by the end of 2010, the realization of the ＂1 lth Five-Year Plan＂ and environmental protection indicators in Jiangsu province would be very difficult, especially PM10 and indicators to improve the water quality of Taihu lake.
