摘　　要：从我国医疗领域商业贿赂的现状特点入手,理性地剖析了我国医疗领域商业贿赂得以滋生蔓延的主、客观原因,以期在我国医疗卫生服务体制转型的"制度性空缺"期,获得构建惩防商业贿赂行为长效机制的清晰视角。Based on the characteristics of bribery situation in health and medicine field in China, the objective and subjective causes of its expanding are anatomized in order to clearly understand setting up long-term system against bribery under the present and temporary stage--acking related policies？due to the health service system reform.
