摘　　要：本文介绍了利用MATLAB中的仪器控制工具箱实现PC机与智能采集模块的串行通信方法及其在系统辨识中的应用。The paper introduces the method of serial communication between PC and Intelligence Data Acquisition Module by using instrument control toolbox of MATLAB and its application in system identification.
