在示范校建设中改革创新人才培养模式

摘　　要：改革创新人才培养模式是示范性高职院校重要建设内容之一。结合国家示范性高职院校建设情况,就示范建设过程中各个院校在工学结合人才培养模式改革和创新方面、在构建以岗位核心能力培养为主要内容并将职业素质教育贯穿培养全过程的全新课程体系方面、在教学模式的改革方面、在以顶岗实习基地建设为载体的校企深度融合以及"双师"结构师资队伍建设等方面进行了探讨。Reforming and innovating the talent cultivation model is one of the most important elements in building of model higher vocational colleges. Connected with the building situation and process, the paper discusses the following aspects： the reforming and innovating the talent cultivation model of the study-work combination, building a new curriculum system based on post core competencies cultivation as main contents and taking quality education throughout the entire process, reforming the teaching mode, combining deeply between college and enterprise based on taking the base building of post practice as the carrier, and constructing the teachers team of ＂dual-qualification ＂ structure.
