高职工学结合培养模式下教学管理创新探析——以黑龙江农业工程职业学院为例

摘　　要：实行工学结合是提高人才培养质量,有效促进学生就业的需要,而工学结合的顺利实施要求有与之相适应的教学管理制度作保证,否则难以发挥这种模式应有的效果。针对目前高职院校教学管理的现状,提出工学结合人才培养模式对教学管理的要求,并进行了教学管理创新探索。Adopting the business and school integrating mode is the need of both improving the quality of cultivating college students and promoting students employment. However, the implementing requires the assurance of update teaching management systems, or it is difficult to conduct smoothly. Thereby it will influence the effect of applying the cultivating mode. According to the present teaching management situation, this paper proposes the teaching management requirement of the business and school integrating mode of college students cultivating and conducts some innovative explorations on the management of teaching.
