摘　　要：从高校职业道德建设的角度,论述了图书馆职业道德的内涵和高职院校图书馆职业道德建设的意义,并提出以职业道德促高职院校图书馆服务质量的一些对策。The paper discusses the importance of professional morality in vocational college, analyzes the connotation of professional morality of library, and explores the significance of professional morality of library in vocational colleges. Based on the former discussion, the paper proposes some countermeasures on improving the library service quality.
