摘　　要：目的探讨外周血T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)在健康人及恶性肿瘤患者表达之间的关系。方法通过KL型图像分析系统对28例健康人和106例恶性肿瘤患者的外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量进行检测分析,测定淋巴细胞核仁面积比值(I.S%)。结果健康人与恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞核糖核酸、脱氧核糖核酸的转录活性下降。外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的检测可以作为检测机体免疫状态和病情发展的一种指标。Objective To compare and investigate the expression of Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood in patients with malignant tumors and healthy people. Conclusion The immune activity of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was decreased in patients with malignant tumors. The evaluation of Ag-NORs can be used as an indicator to detect immune status and disease progression.
