摘 要:目的研究人肝细胞肝癌组织中PLGF、bFGF和MVD的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测64例肝细胞肝癌组织、30例癌旁组织及12例正常肝组织石蜡切片中PLGF、bFGF的表达情况,并通过CD31抗体标记计数肿瘤微血管密度(m icrove-sel density,MVD)。结果PLGF在肝细胞肝癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中的阳性表达率分别为60.9%、50.0%和8.3%,bFGF在3组中的阳性表达率分别为70.3%、46.7%和8.3%;PLGF和bFGF阳性组MVD计数分别为36.29±3.95、36.67±4.17;PLGF的表达与临床分期和术后复发有关,bFGF的表达与卫星结节、细胞分级和临床分期有关;PLGF和bFGF之间,以及它们与MVD之间均分别存在正相关(P<0.01)。结论PLGF和bFGF在肝细胞肝癌组织中异常高表达存在正相关,其高表达与肿瘤血管生成有关;PLGF有可能成为判断肝癌术后早期复发的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of PLGF,bFGF and MVD in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues. Methods The expressions of PLGF and bFGF in 64 cases with HCC tissues,30 cases with paracarcinoma tissues and 10 cases with normal hepatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method with anti-PLGF and anti-bFGF. MVD of HCC were also examined with anti-CD31. Results The positive expression rates of PLGF in HCC tissues,paracarcinoma tissues and normal hepatic tissues were 60.9% ,50.0% and 8.3% respectively,and these of bFGF were 70.3% ,46.7% and 8.3% respectively. The MVD of the group expressing PLGF was 36.29 ±3.95,and that of the group expressing bFGF was 36. 67 ±4.17. The high positive expression rate of PLGF was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and the postoperative recurrence, and that of bFGF was correlated with the metastasis in the liver, the differentiation degree and the clinical stage ; significant correlations existed between PLGF,bFGF and MVD. Conclusion The rates of PLGF and bFGF expressing in HCC are high, and they are significantly correlated with the production of blood vessels ; PLGF and bFGF may predict the early recurrence.
