摘  要:为观察低频低强度超声混合碳纳米管颗粒对EMT-6肿瘤细胞体内生长的影响,在小鼠肿瘤组织中注入碳纳米管溶液后,以低频低强度超声辐照EMT-6肿瘤组织,每两天进行一次注入和辐照。每天定时测量肿瘤体积、小鼠体重、进食量和进水量等,以观察各组小鼠身体状况。实验结束后,通过测量治疗组和模型组的肿瘤重量,计算肿瘤抑制率,并且对比治疗后小鼠肿瘤组织切片样本,由此观察治疗效果。结果显示,低频低强度超声混合碳纳米管颗粒,对在体EMT-6乳腺肿瘤有治疗效果,计算得到的抑制率为22.7%。研究表明,碳纳米管混合低频低强度超声能够抑制肿瘤组织生长,有可能成为肿瘤治疗的一种有效手段。To observe the effect of inhabitation of EMT-6 growth by low-power and low-frequency ultrasound with carbon nauotubes, EMT-6 tumor tissue was exposed by low-power and lowfrequency ultrasound after loading some carbon nano-tubes, every two days. To observe the state of the experiment mice, the volume of tumor, the weight, food intake, and water intake of mice were measured and recorded at regular interval everyday for each group. The inhibition rate of tumor was calculated to compare the histopathologic specimens after treatment. The method was shown to be effective, with an inhibition rate of 22.7%. It is concluded that low-power and low-frequency ultrasound with carbon nano-tubes can restrain EMT-6 tumor growth, and thus may serve as a potential cancer therapy.
