高校创新型科研团队建设初探

摘　　要：科研被认为是高校的三大职能之一.在高校科研活动中,实验室、研究所、项目小组、工程研究中心等组织,这些组织应该在整合科技资源、聚集科研人才、形成团队效应、激发科研创新等方面,起到重要作用.但是,目前高校创新型科研团队建设中,普遍地存在着不少问题,影响科研团队创新能力.高校要建设富有活动成效的科研团队,必须正视问题,从制度建设入手,优化团队组织的内部结构,培育团队文化,将团队建设成创新型组织.Scientific research is considered as one of three main functions of colleges and universities. Scientific research organizations such as laboratories, research institutes, project groups, project research centers play important roles in integrating scientific and technological resources, assembling scientific research talents, forming team efficiency,, stimulating research and innovation. However, there are some problems in the building college innovative research teams. In order to build an efficient research team, we should face the problems and begin with the system construction to optimize the internal structure of the team, train team culture, and establish innovative organization.
