摘　　要：介绍了太原市饮食业油烟污染的现状及其产生的危害,针对油烟排放的特点,提出环保部门和有关单位应加大执法力度,加强对饮食业的现场检查和监督管理,确保油烟达标排放。In this paper, we introduced the status quo and hazards of cooking fume pollution in Taiyuan. As the characteristics of fume emission, the author proposed that the environmental protection departments and relevant units should intensify law enforcement and strengthen the spot checks on the catering industry as well as the supervision and management work to ensure the standards of soot emissions.
