摘　　要：文章以对江苏五城市科技创业发展状况的调研为基础,分析了江苏省科技创业的现状,总结了目前江苏高新技术企业创办过程中投资人和创业者面临的问题和困难,并从政府和社会层面提出了保障江苏科技创业快速健康发展的相关措施和建议。The research is based on the investigation of the growing situation of technological enterprises in Jiangsu province. The outstanding factors which have influenced the stabilization and development of technological enterprises are analyzed in this paper. The helpful proposals and measures are advanced based on the analysis.
