摘　　要：为满足汽车零件多品种、小批量冲压生产需要,采用了冲压单元组合模具的结构,很好地解决了中小批量冲压生产问题,是模具低成本投入、快速产出的一种方法,对中小批量零件生产,具有很好的借鉴作用。冲压单元组合模具投产使用证实,结构可靠、操作简单,产品质量稳定,为企业带来良好的经济效益。The combined dies with punching units were used for the auto part production of multi-varieties and the small batch. It was a good method for low cost investment and fast outputs. It had a good reference function for producing parts in medium and small batch production. Application shows that the combined die has the features of good structure, easy operation and stable quality. The punching units that are manufactured once can be used permanently. Good economic efficiency can be achieved for the enterprise.
