视觉诱发电位在眼外伤视功能评价中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察眼外伤后的视觉诱发电位的变化特点。方法应用眼电生理仪检测临床诊断为眼外伤133例(眼),行P-VEP或F-VEP检查,记录P100潜伏期和振幅并分析。结果眼外伤者P100潜伏期明显延长,振幅降低。结论VEP的应用对眼外伤的早期诊断、预后评估、指导治疗及伤情鉴定有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the characteristics of electrophysiology of vision in patients with ocular contusion. Methods One hundred and thirty-three cases（eyes） with ocular contusion were examined, and P100 lantency and amplitudes were recorded and analyzed. Results Trauma of the optic nerve P100 was significant prolonged in lantency, amplitude was reduced. Conclusion The usage of VEP has better clinical value in early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, guided treatmant and appraising state of injury.
