音乐电治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究脑卒中后抑郁症患者给予音乐电心理治疗的康复治疗方法。方法将63例老年脑卒中患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对治疗组进行个体化心理分析,通过音乐电心理疗法综合康复训练促进心理转化,对照组给予常规药物及康复训练等治疗,对2组患者进行对照研究。结果经音乐电心理干预后,患者的抑郁情绪、综合康复能力得到明显改善,疗效显著提高(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中后抑郁症的老年患者,早期配合音乐电心理干预治疗,采取综合康复措施是减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高临床康复效果的有效治疗方法。Objective To explore the effect of music-electrotherapy psychological intervention on post stroke depression. Methods Sixty-three aged patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Those in the former group were given comprehensive rehabilitation training including music-electrotherapy to promote psychological transform after individualized psychological analysis, while those in the later group only with the ordinary drugs and rehabilitation training. Results After music-electrotherapy psychological intervention, the depress decreased and the ability of rehabilitation significantly increased （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Early music-electrotherapy psychological intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation training is an effective method of alleviating depression and improving the rehabilitative ability in the post stroke senile.
