摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的不断深入,人才安全问题日益引起世界各国的普遍关注。由于多种因素的影响和制约,我国人才安全面临许多现实问题。要高度重视人才安全,把人才安全纳入国家安全范畴,积极采取有效措施,切实推进我国的人才安全建设。With the development of economic globalization, the security of talents has attracted more and more world- wide attention. Due to the influence and restriction of various factors, the security of talents in China is facing many practical problems. We must pay much attention to this issue, take the security of talents as a part of state security, and actively take effective actions to promote the construction of talents security system in China.
