伢典化学机械去龋法治疗牙科畏惧症患者龋齿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评估伢典化学机械去龋法治疗牙科畏惧症患者龋齿的效果与可行性。方法:选择牙科畏惧症患者45例(66颗患牙),随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各33颗患牙,分别采用伢典凝胶去龋和局麻下常规磨牙去龋后用树脂充填。比较两组患者的疼痛感受,治疗所用时间及2年后的治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗时的疼痛程度、治疗时间均接近对照组(P>0.05)。2年后实验组出现充填体边缘微隙、充填体脱落、继发龋的牙数分别为1颗、0颗、1颗,对照组分别为2颗、1颗、1颗,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伢典化学机械去龋治疗牙科畏惧症患者龋齿安全、无痛、有效,可推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of Carisolv for the chemo-mechanical removal of the fearful patients with dental caries. Methods 66 teeth of 45 fearful patients with dental caries were randomly divided into Qarisolv group and control group,with 33 teeth each. under local anesthesia respectively, and than restored Carious lesion was removed with Carisolv or traditional drilling with composite resin. Patient＇s painful perception,treatment time and 2-year efficacy between two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in painful perception and mean treatment, or two years follow-up efficacy,including marginal microleakage, secondary caries and restorations lost （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Carisolv system seems to be a safe, painless and effective procedure for the fearful patients with dental caries. A future appliance is suggested.
