摘 要:目的:观察表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)与纤维蛋白封闭剂复合物对碱烧伤后眼表结构修复影响。方法:应用5mm直径滤片吸附1mol/LNaOH,烧伤大鼠角膜1min所造的鼠角膜碱烧伤模型,并在烧伤后采用EGF与纤维蛋白封闭剂复合物平铺在受伤的角膜表面,并在烧伤后1,2,4wk处死各组动物,通过HE染色和免疫组化染色在光学显微镜下观察各组角膜新生血管形成情况,以及TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8表达情况,并行对照分析。结果:烧伤后使用EGF与纤维蛋白封闭剂复合物平铺在受伤的角膜表面组角膜新生血管和多种细胞炎症介质在烧伤后1,2,4wk均明显少于烧伤组。结论:EGF与纤维蛋白封闭剂复合物显著促进角膜烧伤后角膜上皮的形成。AIM : To investigate the impact of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) with the fibrin sealant complexes after alkali burn of the ocular surface to repair of the structure.METHODS= Application of 5mm diameter filter Absorption lmol/L NaOH, burned rat corneal 1 minute created mouse model of corneal alkali burn and burn at the use of EGF and fibrin sealant compound tile at the injured corneal surface, and after the burn 1 week, 2, 4weeks animals in each group were sacrificed by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were observed under an optical microscope at each group of corneal neovascula-rization, as well as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 expression, parallel comparative analysis. RESULTS: Burn after the use of EGF and fibrin sealant compound tile at the injured corneal surface group corneal neovascularization and a variety of cells, inflam- matory mediators after burn at 1 week, 2, 4weeks were significantly less than the burn group. CONCLUSION: EGF and fibrin sealant compound to promote corneal burns significantly after the formation of corneal epithelium.
