过度治疗的成因及遏止的思考

摘　　要：过度治疗是非人文的恶性现象,必须遏止,产生过度治疗的主要原因是现行医疗机制的利益驱动、部分从事医疗人员的道德滑坡和患者急于摆脱病痛及崇尚贵重的心理。针对过度医疗的现状提出了相应对策:扭转机制、建立医德评价体系和监督机制、制定循证医学临床指南。Excessive medical treatment goes against the human rights of patients and theretore must be stopped. Main reasons include the impulse of existing medical benefit mechanism, the morality decline of medical staff, and patients eagerness to shake off physical pain and psychological advocating for high - cost medical expenditure. This paper also comes up with relevant countermeasures including reversing the current healthcare mechanism, establishing an evaluation system for medical ethics of medical staff, and building up a monitoring mechanism for the development of clinical guidelines of evidence - based medicine.
