摘　　要：在分析现有答疑系统功能的基础上,对网络答疑系统的总体框架和答疑机制进行探讨,提出在网络答疑系统中应提供基于"用户提问"库和"FQA"库的问题推荐.同时就如何实现基于"用户提问"库、"FQA"库、"用户信息"库的关联规则挖掘,以及如何以此为基础的问题推荐进行研究,设计并实现相应的系统.Through analizing the funcions of the existing web based answering system , the framework and answering mechanism of the system were discussed. The question recommendation module based on ＂user question＂database and ＂FQA＂ database should be provided in the system. The question recommendation based on association rules mining, which was based on ＂user question＂ database, ＂FQA＂ database and ＂user information＂ database , was researched. And the corresponding system was designed and realized.
