珠三角地区高科技企业的信息需求及其保障调查报告

摘　　要：针对珠三角地区高科技企业的信息需求及其保障问题,采用问卷调查方式,调查了29家高科技企业的基本情况、信息需求、信息获取及其对信息需求保障机制的评价。调查结果显示:高科技企业对现存的信息需求保障机制满意度不高,信息获取的时候遵循"省力原则"及信息需求受制于同行业的龙头企业等特点。并根据这些特点,提出应从高科技企业自身的完善和提升、专业信息机构工作的完善和改进、政府部门扶持及高素质的信息人才培养四方面提高对高科技企业信息需求保障。In order to find out the information demand and guarantee situation of the high-tech enterprises in Zhujiang Delta Region, we investigated the basic situation, information demand and information acquisition of 29 high-tech enterprises as well as their views on the information guarantee mechanism through questionnaires. The in- vestigation results show that the high-tech enterprises are not so satisfactory with the current information guarantee mechanism, they follow ＂the principle of less effort＂ in obtaining information, and their information demand is con- trolled by the leading enterprises in the same trade. According to these characteristics, we suggest that we should improve the information guarantee mechanism of the high-tech enterprises from the improvement and upgrading of the high-tech enterprises themselves, the improvement of the work of the professional information institutions, the support from the government and the training of the information talents.
