摘 要:采用水溶液聚合法成功合成了不同分子量的系列丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠-β-衣康酸单甲酯共聚物絮凝剂(标记为:ASAM)。比较了自制ASAM与国产商品PAMT和进口商品絮凝剂Alclar665对河南一水硬铝石型铝土矿(铝硅比约为7)拜耳法溶出矿浆的赤泥沉降分离效果。结果显示:ASAM添加量为100mg/L、干赤泥含量119.7g/L时,前5分钟平均沉降速度为1.24m/h,是Alclar665的1.57倍,是PAMT的4倍;底流液固压缩比仅为2.93,并且沉降后上清液的浊度低。所有结果都表明自制絮凝剂絮凝性能优异。A series of different molecular mass polyaerylamide flocculants( abbreviated as ASAM)were synthesized via solution copolymerization of acryamide , sodium acrylate and β - methylhydrogen ita'conate. The flocculating performances of ASAM, domestic PAMT and Alclar665 imported from England as flocculants were studied to settle red mud, which was Bayer red mud generated from Chinese diaspore bauxite. The results show that when the ASAM with 100 mg/L dosage was added into the red mud slurry whose concentration is 119.7g/L , the average settling rate of red mud in initial five minutes is 1.24m/h which is 1.57 times of Alclax665 and 4 times of PAMT; The liquid solid compression ratio(L/S) is 2.91, meanwhile, the clarification performance of ASAM is better than that of commodity flocculants. All results show that ASAM is an excellent and promising fiocculant.
