摘 要:在阿月浑子继代培养基中设置K+浓度分别为0,10,20,30,40 mmol/L 5个处理,调查分析阿月浑子芽苗的增殖系数、褐变率和总酚含量。结果表明,随着K+浓度的增加,阿月浑子芽苗的增殖系数增加,总酚含量与褐变率下降,各处理间差异显著。当K+浓度为30 mmol/L时,增殖倍数最大为3.656,总酚含量与褐变率最低,分别为5.10 mg/g DW和14.51%;当K+浓度继续增加到40 mmol/L时,增殖倍数下降,总酚含量与褐变率略有增加,褐变率与总酚含量呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.939 7。K+可能影响到酚类物质的生物合成,进而影响到褐变率和芽苗的增殖。The proliferation and browning as well as total phenol content of in vitro cultured planlet of Pistacia, vera L. in 1/2 DKW subculture media supplemented with different K^+ concentrations(0,10,20,30, 40 mmol/L)were investigated. The results showed that the proliferation coefficient of in vitro cultured planlet of pistachio increased markedly, browning ratio and total phenol content decreased markedly with the increase of K^+ concertration of culture media; while K^+ concertration was 30mmol/L,the proliferation coefficient of in vitro cultured planlet arrived at the highest by 3. 656, the browning ratio and total phenol content were the lowest by 14. 51% and 5.10 mg/g DW, respectively; while K^+ concertration rose to 40mmol/L, the proliferation decreased, the browning and total phenol content increased slightly;there was a positive relation between browning and total phenol content of in vitro cultured planlet by R(relation coefficient) =0. 9397, K^+ acted on phenolic compound biosynthesis, further influenced browning and proliferation of in vitro cultured planlet of pistachio.
