摘  要:简述了舰炮随动负载仿真系统在武器系统设计定型试验中的主要用途,介绍了基于双联液压马达的负载仿真系统设计、系统组成及工作原理,分析了海浪冲击对舰炮随动系统的影响,建立了海浪冲击的仿真模型,重点分析研究了液压马达的选型、力矩/压力双反馈控制、无级变速比模拟系统设计等关键技术,给出了有效的解决方法。Usage of load simulation system for naval gun servo system in weapon system approval test was specified, design for load simulation system based on pair vane hydraulic motor, composition and operation principle of system were introduced, influence and model of ocean wave impaction were proposed, and the key technology of simulation system design, such as choice of hydraulic motor, double feedback control of moment/pressure, simulation system design of infinite variable speed, was studied, effective solution of key technology was proposed.
