摘 要:研究了一个实际的半桥变换器,在电流连续模式下把该变换器的四个开关状态等效为两个开关状态,推导出了其等效电压模式控制的Buck电路拓扑。根据这个拓扑,基于Matlab/Simulink构建了该变换器的等效仿真模型,该模型可被用于研究其在时域和V-I相空间的非线性现象。当输入电压、电容和电感的值变化时,分别进行了仿真,并把混沌现象在相图上加以显示。对仿真结果进行了分析。输入电压的波动、不适当的变压器变比、不适当的电容和电感参数都可把该变换器带到混沌运行范围。从而该实际半桥变换器的非线性现象被加以验证。An actual half-bridge converter was studied. Four switching states of the converter in continuous-conduction mode were combined into two equivalent switching states, and its equivalent voltage-mode control Buck circuit topology was derived According to the topology, an equivalent simulation model of the converter was constructed based on Matlab/Simulink, which could be used for studying nonlinear dynamics phenomena both in time domain and V-I phase space. When value of input voltage, capacitor and inductor was varied, simulations were done and the chaotic phenomena were shown in phase space maps. The simulation results were analyzed. The fluctuation of input voltage, the improper transformer ratio, and the improper capacitor and inductor parameters can bring the converter into chaos operation extent. The existence of nonlinear phenomena in the actual half bridge converter was validated.
