汽车侧面碰撞仿真工具的验证开发及应用

摘　　要：为了给汽车侧面碰撞安全性仿真提供必备的工具,按照GB20071-2006法规对侧碰假人和移动变形壁障性能的要求,对某非商业EUROSID-Ⅱ假人进行了全面的验证并进行了修正,同时建立了汽车侧碰移动变形壁障CAD模型和相应的有限元模型。以某轿车为研究对象,将假人及移动壁障模型引入整车,建立了整车-乘员-约束系统侧面碰撞仿真模型,按照GB20071-2006试验要求,利用LS-dyna软件对模型进行了求解,结果显示,与试验结果取得了较好的一致,表明所建的整车-乘员-约束系统侧面碰撞计算模型的有效性同时也更真实、完整地模拟出碰撞时乘员的运动响应。To provide essential tool for the simulation of vehicle side impact, a non-commercial side impact EUROSID-Ⅱ dummy was modified and validated based on GB20071-2006 regulation. In the same time the CAD model of moving deformable barrier of vehicle side impact was established together with corresponding finite element model. Integrating the EUROSID-Ⅱ dummy and deformable barrier model into the car body model, a Car body-Occupant-Restraint system of side impact model was constructed. The simulation was carried out by the LS-dyna software. The simulation result and the test result have a good coherence. It shows the validation of the Car body-Occupant-Restraint system of side impact model providing more authentic and integrated dynamic response of occupant for the simulation of vehicle side impact.
