摘 要:目的:通过研究和分析现阶段消毒供应中心人员结构的变化,完善消毒供应中心人员配置和组织构建,开展专业培训,促进人力资源的进一步优化。方法:收集整理已发表和公布的对164家医院进行现况调查的数据,对中华护理学会全国培训基地学员及四川省40家医院调查的数据,分析医院消毒供应中心人力结构的现状及问题。结果:全国消毒供应中心配置人员比例平均值为1.77:100,低于卫生部所规定的要求。人员平均年龄有所降低、管理人员学历提高。结论:在建立专业化集中管理模式消毒供应中心的工作中,人员配置不足的问题需要得到各方的关注并加以调整,亟待加强各级人员专业培训,以适应专业发展的需要。Objective:To explore the personnel structure of the central sterile supply department at present, so as to perfect the staffing and organizational structure, conduct professional training, and promote the further optimization of human resources. Methods: The data were collected in 164 hospitals based on the published reports, which came from the participants of national training bases of Chinese Nursing Association and 40 hospitals of Sichuan province. The current situation and problems of human structure were analyzed and discussed. Results: The national central sterile supply department's average allocation proportion was 1.77: 100, which is under of the requirement of Ministry of Health. The average age of staff decreased, while the education level of management personnel increased. Conclusion: When establishing professional centralized management model of sterile supply in hospital, the problem of insufficient staff needs to be adjusted and paid attention. In order to meet the needs of the development of profession, it is suggested to improve professional training.
