澳大利亚有序高效护理管理体系感悟及思考

摘　　要：通过在澳大利亚为期3周的培训学习和参观访问,介绍了澳大利亚有序高效的护理管理体系,以人为本。澳护理管理机构独立行使职权,护理教育体系较完善,护士待遇良好,质量管理机制独特。建议:尽快建立护士法,完善护士注册,推开护士垂直管理,提升护理教育,提高护士生活待遇,明确护士工作范围,建立助理护士岗位,普遍建立专科护士培训机制,以有力促进我国护理专业发展。Through three weeks training and hospital visits in Australia, we find that the nursing management system of Australia is orderly and people-oriented. The Australia nursing management institution owns independent power and nursing education system is relatively completed. In addition, nurses＇ welfare is good and quality management mechanism is unique. So it highlights the importance of establishing nurses acts, completing nurses registration, carrying out vertical management system, promoting education, raising salary, identifying their work scopes, building assistant nurse position and training mechanism for specialist nurses
