摘　　要：总结了迎奥运所做的英语培训工作,探讨护士英语培训的有效方法。通过动员学习、普及学习、强化学习三个阶段的英语培训,使该院护士顺利而圆满地完成了奥运医疗护理服务和接待工作。其体会是:领导重视,以竞赛带动培训;科室团结,创造良好的学习氛围;以强带弱,共同进步;建立自信,展现护士风采;增强培训效果,选择符合护士特点的培训内容。This article was to summarize the English training before the Olympic Game and explore the effective English training method. By mobilization training, universal training, and reinforcement training, nurses accomplished the Olympic nursing service smoothly and successfully. The experience of good English training effect were： leaders paying attention and promoting training by competition; department solidification and creating good training atmosphere; good helping bad and promoting together; construction self-confidence and revealing nurses’ elegant demeanor; selecting suitable training material to promote training effect.
