摘　　要：通过MMP-2mRNA表达探讨开窍通腑汤的神经保护及神经功能重塑作用,采用栓线法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血3h再灌注模型,采用RT-PCR方法检测MCAO后不同时间点各组MMP-2mRNA在局灶性脑缺血中的表达。结果:开窍通腑汤可通过降低MMP-2的含量,减轻缺血时基底膜的降解,从而维护BBB的完整性。从而达到防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的目的。This topic discusses activation of the remodel the nerve protection and the nerve function about Kaiqiao Tongfu recipe from MMP -2mRNA. By adopting MCAO in rat models to achieve MCAO 3h/R,RT- PCR method is used to detect the expression of MMP - 2mRNA of each group after MCAO at different time in focal cerebral ischemia. Result ： Kaiqiao Tongfu recipe can reduce the level of MMP - 2, relieve the degeneration of basement membrane during cerebral ischemia, thus maintain the integrity of BBB. Prevent and control the damage of cerebral ischemia reperfusion at last.
