通脉益智方对痰瘀血阻模型大鼠海马区NOS合酶的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨通脉益智方对痰凝血瘀证模型大鼠海马神经细胞的病理学改变以及其可能的作用机制。方法:利用缺血再灌注损伤结合高脂饮食建立动物模型,应用电迷宫、跳台测试系统检测大鼠学习与记忆功能;生化检测血脂以及血小板聚集功能;病理学观察海马区的形态学改变以及免疫组化检测nNOS表达强弱。结论:通脉益智方通过调控nNOS的表达,减少神经细胞的损伤,增加学习和记忆功能。Objective：Investigate the effection and mechanism of Tongmai Yizhi decoction on rat Sea-Horse neurocytes. Methods： Construct animal model of ischemical reperfusion injury and high fat diet; detect the study and memory ability through electrowinning and jumping stand measurements;detect the blood-fat and platelet aggregation;observe the morphology change of Sea-Horse;detect the expression of nNOS. Conclusion ：Tongmai Yizhi decoction can reduce the damage of neurocyte by regulating the exoression of nNOS.
