开窍通腑汤对MCAO大鼠内皮素-1和降钙素基因相关肽含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过CGRP和ET-1探讨开窍通腑汤的活血及神经元的保护作用。方法:采用栓线法复制大鼠大脑中动脉缺血3h再灌注模型,放射免疫法观察MCAO后不同时间点各组大鼠血清ET-1与CGRP的变化。结果:开窍通腑汤有提高CGRP水平以及拮抗ET-1的作用,促使ET-1/CGRP的调节平衡,能使ET-1水平下降,CGRP释放增多,能减少脑动脉痉挛,改善脑组织缺血缺氧,保护脑细胞及血管内皮细胞,从而达到防治脑缺血再灌注损伤的目的。Objective：This topic discusses activation of the blood and protective function of the neuron about Kai Qiao Tong Fu recipe from CGRP and ET-1.Methods：By adopting MCAO in rat models to achieve MCAO 3h/R,Radioimmunoassay is used to observe the change of serum ET-1 and CGRP of each group after MCAO at different time.Results： Kai Qiao Tong Fu recipe can regulate the level of serum ET-1 and CGRP after MCAO,protect the brain cell and the blood vessel endothelial cell,Kai Qiao Tong Fu recipe can raise the level of CGRP,resist the level of ET-1,regulate the balance of ET-1/CGRP,adjust the level of ET-1 downward,increase the release of CGRP,relieve the spasmus of cerebral artery,improve ischemia and anoxia of the brain tissue,protect the brain cell and the blood vessel endothelial cell,prevent and control the damage of cerebral ischemia reperfusion at last.
