矮小症肾精亏虚型雄性大鼠病证结合模型的研制

摘　　要：目的:探讨矮小症肾精亏虚型动物模型的研制。方法:对孕鼠采用烟熏法造成宫内发育迟缓模拟矮小,选择该模型雄鼠并在此基础上再予房劳和惊恐造成肾精亏虚,造成矮小症肾精亏虚雄性大鼠病证结合模型。结果:研究表明,矮小症肾精亏虚雄性大鼠病证结合模型雄鼠的外观表现、睾丸脏器指数、体重和股骨长测量、血清睾丸酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、股骨和下丘脑形态学改变均有异于正常对照组。结论:宫内发育迟缓结合房劳和惊恐可较好地模拟矮小症肾精亏虚模型。Objective：To explore the method of creating male rat model of dwarf syndrome with kidney deficiency（DSKD）.Methods：First,the pregnant Wistar rats were implemented for passive smoking to cause the intrauterine growth retardation（IUGR）model and which also was the dwarf syndrome model for the offspring rat,and the offspring male rats selected and disposed by indulgence in sexual activities and scare injury,therefore to cause the male rat model of DSKD.Results：the animal aspects,testis organ index,weight,femur length,serum testosterone,estradiol,the morphological variety in male rats model of DSKD were different to those in normal control male rats.Conclusion：the method by integrated IUGR and indulgence in sexual activities and scare injury could cause the male rat model of DSKD.
