摘  要:目的:建立瘀血阻滞证糖尿病足大鼠动物模型。方法:给SD雄性大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素后,降低环境温度,造成糖尿病足动物模型;同时监测各组大鼠的体重、饮水量、空腹血糖和血液流变学指标,观察各组大鼠舌下、耳廓脉络变化,进行各组大鼠肢端坏疽症状评分。结果:糖尿病足造模成功率75%。糖尿病足组与正常对照不降温组、降温组相比,体重明显减轻,饮水量明显增加,空腹血糖、肢端坏疽症状评分、血液流变学全血黏度低切、中切、高切、红细胞聚集指数均明显升高,舌质紫黯,舌下脉络增长增粗,耳廓苍白或紫黯。结论:本方法可成功建立瘀血阻滞证糖尿病足大鼠模型,为探讨糖尿病足的发病机理和筛选药物奠定基础。Objective:To establish a blood stasis syndrome of diabetic foot rat model.Methods:SD male rats were injected STZ,lower the temperature,the animal models of diabetic foot were established.At the same time monitoring the weight of the rats,water quantity,fasting blood sugar and blood rheology indicators,observing the rats sublingual,auricle vessel changes,scoring the rats acromelic gangrene symptom.Results:The diabetic foot model success rate of 75 percent.Compared with not reduced temperature group,reduced temperature group,which both are normal control groups,the rats in the diabetic foot group significantly lose body weight,drunk more,and with high fasting blood-glucose,highscore of acromelic gangrene symptom.The high,middle and low shear of blood viscosity,the RBC accumulation index of rats in the diabetic foot group increased greatly.Tongue body is dark purple,sublingual vessel are long and thick,auricle is pale purple or dark.Conclusion:This method can be successfully established a blood stasis syndrome of diabetic foot rat model,and explore the pathogenesis of diabetic foot and lay a foundation for drug screening.
