摘　　要：针对李东垣"阴火"的内涵等有争议的话题展开论述,从阴火产生的病因病机、意义、典型症状、治疗原则等方面,系统阐释阴火。认为阴火系脾胃亏虚,下焦相火妄动所致,临床表现为热象与虚象并现,治疗原则是益气升阳、清热泻火。希望能揭示阴火的实质,使读者对李东垣的阴火学说有一个全面的认识。On the diputed topic of connotation of LI Dong-yuan′s ＂yin-fire＂,the article gives an systematic interpretation from the aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis,significance,typical symptom,treatment principle,etc.It is believed that＂yin-fire＂is caused by the deficiency of spleen and stomach,and by hyperactivity of ministerial fire from lower energizer.The clinical manifestation is that thermal and virtual images appear simultaneously.The treatment principle is Replenishing Qi and Elevating Yang,Eliminating Heat and Purging Fire.It＇s hopeful to discover the essence of＂yin-fire＂and make the reader have an overall understanding to LI Dong-yuan′s＂yin-fire＂theory.
