灯盏花素对鼻黏膜的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究灯盏花素对鼻腔纤毛运动的影响。方法:采用离体、在体蟾蜍上颚模型法,分别给予灯盏花素,光学显微镜下观察纤毛持续运动时间;运用组织病理学方法,显微镜下观察纤毛形态学改变。结果:灯盏花素对鼻腔纤毛运动无明显影响,相对于生理氯化钠溶液,纤毛持续摆动时间的相对百分率在89.87%～91.99%之间。结论:灯盏花素无明显鼻腔纤毛毒性,可以用于鼻腔给药。Objective：To study and research the effects of scutellarin on nasal ciliary movement. Methods：The effects of seutellarin on the lasting time of ciliary movement were investigated by in vitro and in vivo toad palate model and the morphological changes of nasal ciliary was evaluated using histo-pathologically under light microscope. Results ： Relative to Sodium monoxide, there were no significant effects of scutellarin on the nasal ciliary movement, the relative percentage of the lasting time of ciliary movement was in the rang of 89. 87% from 91.99%. Conclusion： scutellarin have no significantly mucociliotoxicity and can be used as a drug for the intranasal administration
