芪参复康胶囊对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察芪参复康胶囊对正常及氢化可的松注射液(Hy)引起的免疫低下小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:实验设正常对照组、模型组和芪参复康胶囊低、中、高(0.3、0.6、1.2g/kg)药物组,灌胃给药25天后进行免疫功能的测定,正常对照组和模型组均给予蒸馏水。给药期间除正常对照组外,其余小鼠腹腔注射Hy(20mg/kg体重,连续给药25天)造成小鼠免疫低下,观察小鼠体重的生长情况、小鼠脏器系数、血清溶血素、小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、碳粒廓清指数α等指标。结果:中、高药物组小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量、血清溶血素(HC50)、小鼠DTH、碳粒廓清指数α明显高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。小鼠DTH和碳粒廓清指数α基本恢复至正常对照组水平。结论:芪参复康胶囊对Hy所致免疫低下小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫功能都有明显改善。Objective：The purpose of observation Effects of the Qishen Fukang capsule on the normal and hydrocortisone injection （Hy） caused by low immunization of mice immune regulation. Methods ： control group, model and the Effects of the Qishen Fukang capsule low,middle and high（0. 3,0. 6,1.2 g.kg^-1 ） drug group,gavage for 25 days after the administration of the immune function of normal control And model groups were given distilled water. In addition to normal during the administration control group, the other mice injected Hy（20mg.kg^-1, for 25 days ）lower in mice immune to observe the growth of body weight in mice, mice organ coefficient, Serum hemolysin, mice delayed-type hypersensitivity （DTH）, carbon clearance index α, and other indicators. Resu/ts ： high drug group thymus and spleen weight, serum hemolysin（ HC50 ） ,mice DTH,carbon clearance index α significantly higher than the model group（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Mice DTH and carbon clearance α index recovered to the normal control group level. Conclusion：Qishen Fukang capsule by Hy on the mouse caused by the lower immune ceU-mediated immunity, humoral immunity, non-specific immune function has improved significantly.
