运脾温阳颗粒对脾虚动物血清中NO胃泌素和IL-10浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨运脾温阳颗粒对脾虚动物血清中NO、胃泌素和白介素-10浓度的影响。方法:分别用利血平皮下注射大鼠和大黄灌胃小鼠造成脾虚模型,然后用运脾温阳颗粒治疗后测定血清中NO,胃泌素浓度和白介素-10浓度。结果:模型组动物血清NO、胃泌素和白介素-10浓度降低,运脾温阳颗粒治疗组血清NO、胃泌素和白介素-10浓度升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:运脾温阳颗粒能够升高脾虚动物血清NO、胃泌素和白介素-10浓度,改善脾虚症状。Objective：Discussed YunPi WenYang granula to influence NO,gastrin and IL- 10 density in serum of splenie asthenia animal. Methods： Used reserpine hypodermic rat and Dahuang intragastrieadministration mouse to result in model of spleen deficiency, used YunPi WenYang granula totreat then measured NO ,gastrin and IL - 10 density in serum Results ： NO, gastrin and IL - 10deusity in serum of model group cut dowm ,NO ,gastrin and IL - 10 density in serum of YunPi Wen- Yang granula group step up,compared model group significant difference. Conclusion：YunPi WenYang granula can step up NO,gastrin and IL- 10 density in serum of splenic asthania animal,improve splenic asthenia symptom.
