摘　　要：目的:研究原发性肝癌患者TACE术前后脉象变化趋势。方法:应用ZM-Ⅲc脉象仪,对65例原发性肝癌患者在TACE术前及术后1、3、5天分别进行脉图描记。结果:通过对患者TACE术前后脉图观察,认为介入前多以弦脉为主,介入后脉象由弦脉向弦数脉或滑数脉或数脉转变,尤以第3天为最。在脉图参数的研究中,介入后T4、T5、W1、ad、h3/h1、H4/h1均下降。说明术后外周血管阻力下降,脉象具有由弦向滑或滑数转变的趋势。该变化第5天时出现下降平缓或返折趋势。结论:通过对介入治疗前后患者脉图描记,可客观反映患者脉象变化情况,为临床辨证提供一定指导。Objective：Study on the changing tendency of patients＇ pulses with PHC after treatment of TACE. Methods： The study applied The ZM -Ⅲo electro - pulsograph to trace the 65 patients＇ pulses with PHC before TACE and after day1,3,5. Results：The changing tendency of 65 patients＇ pulses after treatment of TACE was observed. It concluded that there were more xian-pulses before treatment, and the pulse would convert to xianshuo-pulse or shuo-pulse after treatment, especially in the 3rd day. In parameters research,indices t4,t5 ,w1 ,ad,h3/h1,h4/h1 decreased after treatment. It illustrated that there was a lower peripheral resistance after treatment and the pulses felt more slippery. In the 5th day, the tendency would reverse. Conclusion：Applying The ZM - Ⅲ c electro-pulsograph to trace the patients＇ pulses with PHC before and after TACE could reflect the pulses＇ changing tendency, and could supply guides for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.
