双叶瓣修复唇裂术后继发唇部畸形

摘　　要：采用“双叶瓣”修复唇裂术后继发畸形－上唇过松、上唇过短、切口疤痕、红唇凹陷、鼻孔过大等７例均获满意疗效。该法系利用唇裂外侧的唇部组织形成“双叶瓣”，修复唇裂继发畸形，避免牺牲较多正常组织。术后上唇丰满，纵向延长，外形自然，与正常接近，适于上唇过松、过短等一类继发畸形的纠正。Secondary deformity after cheiloplasty was common and 7 cases (4 males, 3 females) were reconstructed with bilobate flap. The patients' age ranged from 16 to 30. Five of them with single cleftlip and 2 with double cleftlip. The deformity of them included loose and shortening of the upperlip, scar, vermilion pitting, too large nostril etc. Lateral tissue of cleftlip was used to construct the bilobate flap which was applied to repairing secondary deformity after cheiloplasty. The method was matched with the principle of anatomy, and the effects were satisfactory.
