摘  要:采用氟离子选择电极和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对20名不同喂养方式幼儿口腔唾液中8种微量元素的含量进行定量分析,经统计学处理发现母乳喂养组和人工喂养组之间F、Ca、Zn、Cu4种微量元素差异有显著性。认为这几种元素与不同喂养方式幼儿龋病发病有一定关系。Trace elements in saliva play an important role in the development and prevention of dental caries. The Fluoride electrode and ICP AES were used to detect 8 elements in saliva of 20 children, aged 2-3 years old in different feeding group. The results showed that F、Zn、Cu levels were significant higher in breastfeeding group than that in bottlefeeding group( P <0.05); Ca level was lower in breastfeeding group than that in bottlefeeding group. There were no significant differences between K、Na、Mg、Fe level. The result suggested that F、Zn、Cu、Ca were concerned with the higher caries incidence of bottlefeeding children.
