摘 要:IDL中PolyPaint面绘制算法具有多边形拓扑一致性、顶点查找边索引及顶点数目最大化等特点,可避免经典MarchingCubes可能出现的空洞问题,并提高绘制效率。提出了医学CT图像面绘制三维重构的实现方法,并与VTK的绘制时间和效果进行对比,实验结果表明IDL在面绘制时间上有较大优势。PoyPaint-a 3-D surface rendering package in IDL contains a contour surface abstraction algorithm which have the characters of polygon topology consistency, edge indices of vertices looking-up table and maximum number of vertices of polygon, may avoid the hole prob- lem in the standard Marching Cubes and raise rendering efficiency. An implementation method of medical CT image surface rendering 3-D reconstruction by IDL is given, and compared it with VTK in runtime and effect, the experiment result indicates that the surface rendering in IDL has an obvious advantage in time consuming.
