摘 要:目的从临床角度探讨一氧化氮在脑梗塞病人急性期中的作用机制。方法利用分光光度法及荧光分光光度法分别测定了脑梗塞病人急性期及恢复期血浆中的NO、VitE、VitA、MDA及WSFS的含量变化。结果脑梗塞病人急性期NO及MDA含量明显升高,VitE、VitA则明显下降,NO与VitE两者呈显著负相关;而WSFS的含量则改变不明显。结论NO在脑梗塞病人中具有双向作用;Objective Studies of the mechanism of action on nitric oxide and correlative factors in the patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage.Methods The content of nitric oxide(NO),Vit E,Vit A,molondialehyde(MDA) and water soluble fluorescent substance(WSFS) in the plasma of cerebral infarct patients was mensurated with spectrophotometry and fluorescent spectrophotometry.Results No contend in the plasma of cerebral infarct patients in acute stage was significantly higher than those in convalescent stage and/on control,the content of Vit E and Vit A come down,MDA and WSFS were not significantly change.Conclusions No has the two way action in the acute stage of cerebral infarct patients.Its base release dose has physiologic function,the excessive NO has neurotoxicity.
