摘　　要：论文结合矿业开发对区域生态环境影响的特点,提出了进行矿业开发生态影响评价的重要性。研究重点从宏观和微观两个层面考虑,建立了由目标层、准则层、指标层构成的3层矿业开发生态影响评价指标体系。Importance of ecological effect appraise of mining exploitation was put forward combining characteristics of mining exploitation effect on regional ecological environment.Three-layered indexes system of mining exploitation ecological effect appraise was established composed of the goal layer,principle layer and index layer focused on both macro and micro aspects in this study.
