摘　　要：分析了数字化时代对高校图书馆员的一些新要求,提出了培养高校图书馆员的措施,包括制定总体培养规划,构建良好的软硬件环境,注重职业生涯规划和管理,完善激励机制和评价体系等。This paper analyzes some new requirements of the digital age for university librarians＇ qualities, and puts forward some measures for cultivating the qualities of university librarians such as working out the general cultivation plan, constructing the good software and hardware environment, paying attention to the career planning and management, and perfecting the incentive mechanism and evaluation system.
