摘 要:目的:探讨两个亚麻品种(‘双亚5号’和‘范妮’)幼苗对盐胁迫的生理反应。方法:当‘双亚5号’和‘范妮’的种苗长出第二片真叶时,对其进行不同浓度的NaCl胁迫(0、70、100、150、200、250mmol/L),处理7d后研究其不同盐浓度胁迫下的丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性、酯酶同功酶和过氧化物酶同功酶谱带变化。结果:获得了盐胁迫下‘双亚5号’和‘范妮’幼苗的生理生化数据和图谱。结论:在100mmol/LNaCl胁迫后,‘双亚5号’幼苗POD和CAT酶活性均达到峰值;在200mmol/L和100mmol/LNaCl胁迫后,‘范妮’幼苗的POD和CAT酶活性分别达到最大值。对于各组处理,‘范妮’幼苗的POD和CAT酶活性均明显高于‘双亚5号’幼苗的。因此,认为‘范尼’幼苗比‘双亚5号’幼苗更具耐盐潜力。Objective:It was to search the physiological and Biochemical Characteristics to salt stress on shoots of two flax cultivars (‘shuangya No.5' and ‘fany'). Method: When the second euphylis of ‘shuangya No.5' and ‘fany' came out, responses of shoots to NaCl stress were studied in control (0mmol/L) and salt-stressed (50,70,100,150 and 200mmol/L) for 7 days in terms of MDA content, peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities, peroxidase (POD) isozyme and esterase isozyme electrophoretic bands. Result: The relative physiological and biochemical data of the two flax cultivars shoots under salt stress, as well as zymograms, were gained. Conclusion: The activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) of ‘shuangya No.5' reached peak value after treatment with 100mmol/L NaCl, As for shoots of ‘Fany', the POD and CAT activities reached maximum after treatment with 200mmol/L and 100mmol/L NaCl respectively. The POD and CAT activities of ‘Fany' shoots were all higher than those of ‘shuangya No.5' for NaCl stress in the corresponding levels of different concentrations. Therefore, it was concluded that the shoots of ‘Fany' were better than that of ‘shuangya No.5' for the salt resistant potential.
