摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜假性粘液瘤的影像学征象的特点。方法经病理证实的腹膜假性粘液瘤2例,均行超声、CT检查。结果2例腹膜假性粘液瘤表现为腹腔内大量腹水伴有多发实性肿块,并可见散在点条状钙化,肝脾边缘受压呈"扇贝样"。结论腹膜假性粘液瘤在病变部位和病变形态有其特殊影像学表现,准确的影像学评价有利于治疗方案的制定。Objective To discuss the character of imaging findings of pseudomyxoma peritoneum（PMP）. Methods 2 cases of PMP proved by pathology were performed with ultrasonography and CT scan. Results Two cases of PMP showed intra-abdominal massive ascites with multiple solid tumors, and that scattered point-strip calcification,like hepatic and spleen scalloping shape. Conclusion PMP is characterized by the lesion site and shape in the images, Accurate imaging evaluation can be benefit to scheme of treatment.
