摘  要:机床整体静刚度是机床抵御恒定载荷的能力,是机床的重要性能指标之一。并联机床因其为闭环机构链,理论上具有刚度好、精度高和配置多样等优势,在制造领域具有广泛的应用前景。但实际上增强并联机床整机刚度一直是很难克服的问题,这将直接影响机床的加工精度、稳定性和可靠性。有限元软件分析其机床整机的刚度能够比较准确和简便,有利于快速修改设计缺陷,减少设计成本。利用三维建模软件PRO/E进行二并联机床实体建模及装配,然后无缝导入ANSYS软件中。通过二并联机床模型简化和等效模拟建立有限元模型进而分析整机的刚度。The ensemble static stiffness of machine tool is ability of machine tool to resist permanent load, which is one important performance index of machine tool. The parallel kinematic machine tool has broad application prospects in the manufacturing industry due to their closed loop structure, good accuracy, good rigidi- ty, and various configurations. But in fact strengthening rigidity of PKM has been a very difficult problem and it will directly influence the PKM's working accuracy, stability and reliability. The finite element software can analyze the PKM rigidity accurately, and can revise design defects very fast and reduce the design cost. Three dimensional software PRO/E is used to carry out entity model and the assembly of PKM inducted into the ANSYS software seamlessly. Through model simplification and equivalent simulation of two parallel machine tool finite element model is established and rigidity of the whole machine is analysed.
