摘　　要：目的了解大学生生殖健康知识、态度、及行为状况,为高校建立一套符合我国国情的性教育模式和行为干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对南京两所高校1612名学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果调查对象中有关受孕知识正确率仅为31.9%左右,对自己和他人的性相关行为有较大的接纳宽容度,有67.78%的人有恋爱的经历,14.68%的人有过性交行为。结论在高等院校积极开展生殖健康教育不仅十分重要,而且十分迫切。Objective To understand the status of KAP about procreation health among undergraduate students in order to provide the scientific evidence for health education. Methods A cross-sectional investigation was conducted among 1612 students in two universities in Nanjing by the questionnaire. Results The correct rate of knowledge about pregnancy only about 31.9% in the investigated targets. On own and other people＇s sexual behavior, there was a great acceptance, and 67.78% of the students had the amative experience and 14.68% had a sexual intercourse action. Conclusions In universities, the reproductive health education is not only important, hut also extremely urgent.
